QK80 Mk2 Custom Mechanical Keyboard

The QK80 Mk2 brings Qwertykeys' second-generation design language to a highly customisable 80% mechanical keyboard. Featuring tri-mode connectivity, an interactive LCD display and dot-matrix LED panel, Leaf Spring mounting system, ball-catch quick-disassembly design and a refined aluminium chassis.

Customisable Display

QK80 Mk2 features an integrated LCD screen and dot-matrix LED panel. Three built-in themes - Dynamic, Code and Meow - allow the display to complement different keyboard setups. Custom animations can also be added to both displays.

The display provides access to useful functions including date and time settings, RGB lighting controls and sleep settings. A built-in Flappy Bird mini-game adds an extra interactive touch.

Refined Back Design

The QK80 Mk2 further refines its internal and external structure. By separating the battery compartment from the bottom case, the integrity of the sound chamber is preserved to help optimise acoustic performance.

The redesigned rear weight combines contrasting surface colours and textures to create the distinctive QK Mk2 design language.

Magnetic Dongle Storage

The magnetic badge on the underside doubles as the cover for the integrated USB receiver storage compartment. Simply remove the badge to access or store the 2.4GHz wireless dongle.

Leaf Spring Mounting System

The QK80 Mk2 introduces Leaf Spring mounting and a ball-catch easy-disassembly system to the QK series. The positioning of the leaf springs and acoustic chamber has been carefully designed to optimise acoustic performance and provide consistent typing feedback.

Ball-Catch Quick-Disassembly Design

The ball-catch mechanism makes opening and assembling the keyboard easier, providing convenient access to the internal components without a traditional screw-heavy disassembly process.
